Payment Policies

By booking your appointment, you agree to the following:

Payment is due upon completion of notarial act(s). We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards. All card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documents, insufficient ID, or any other reason deemed necessary, may incur a travel fee if service has already been dispatched.

If the signer is unable to fully understand the document that they are signing, notarization may be refused under NYS Law. If a notarization is unable to be completed for this reason, travel fees will still apply.

Late arrivals may be subject to a $10 fee for every 15 minutes late.

Any applicable parking fees will be added to the total cost of service.

Appointments during unsafe road conditions may be subject to an inclement weather fee.

Any late or returned payments are subject to a $25 fee.
