Payment Policies

By booking your appointment, you agree to the following:

Payment is due upon completion of notarial act(s). We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

Documents must be complete prior to notarization. Any blank sections are required to be filled in prior to signing. Additional time spent assisting with document completion beyond 15 minutes may be subject to late fees.

Notarizations that are unable to be completed due to insufficient ID as required by NYS law are still subject to travel fees.

If the signer is unable to fully understand the document that they are signing, notarization may be refused as required by NYS Law. If a notarization is unable to be completed for this reason, travel fees still apply.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Late arrivals may be subject to a $10 fee for every 15 minutes late.

Any applicable parking fees will be added to the total cost of service.

Appointments during unsafe road conditions may be subject to an inclement weather fee.

Any late or returned payments are subject to a $25 fee.
